You’ll be in for the chance to win a small prize or land on the prize draw to be entered into winning a £150 food voucher and small prizes.

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.2. The promoter of this prize draw is Warwick University Enterprises Limited, trading as Unitemps, Swallow House, Milburn Hill Road, Coventry, West Midlands, CV4 7JJ (“Unitemps” or “we” or “us”)

2. Eligibility

2.1. This prize draw is open to students at the University of Warwick and is not open to employees of Unitemps or the University of Warwick, their families, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.

2.2. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or late entries will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter

3.1. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

3.2. To enter, participants must submit a prize entry form after landing on the prize entry section of the Unitemps spin the wheel game.

3.3. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3.4. The closing date for entries is 4pm on Friday 2nd of October 2026.

4. Prize

4.1. The prize is a £150 food voucher, and no cash alternative is available.

4.2. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

4.3. Unitemps reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

5. Winner Selection

5.1. The winner will be chosen by random draw performed by the Unitemps Warwick Internal Team Leader, supervised by the Unitemps Director on 07/10/2026.

5.2. The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw date and must be able to attend the Unitemps office on the ground floor of the Students’ Union building to collect their prize. If a winner does not respond to Unitemps within three days of being notified, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Unitemps will be entitled to select another winner by the same process.

6. Data Protection

6.1. Unitemps will process your personal data in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.unitemps.com/legal-information//#privacy-policy

6.2. The name and email address provided on the prize submission form will only be used to identify a winner of the prize draw and will be confidentially deleted 2 weeks after the prize draw.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Insofar as permitted by law Unitemps will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from entrants participating in the prize draw or the winner’s acceptance or use of the prize.

8. General

8.1. Unitemps reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside Unitemps’ control.

8.2. The decision of Unitemps regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.3. The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable promotional activities, including photography and social media content. Participation is optional, and the winner may request anonymity or decline such activities without forfeiting or affecting their prize.
