Reward and recognition voucher scheme

Unitemps mirrors the university’s recognition scheme so that departments can also reward their temporary staff for their excellent work.

If you would like to recognise any temporary staff in your department then you need to send an email to your Unitemps consultant or to unitemps.internal@warwick.ac.uk with the following information:

    • The name of the temp you’d like to nominate

    • The reason for their nomination

    • The amount in vouchers that you’d like them to receive

    • A cost code for us to charge the vouchers to

Unitemps will then issue online vouchers and a letter for the temp which we will email to you so that you can present them to your temp.

Please note that there is a 40% charge on top of the vouchers to cover tax, NI and admin costs. These vouchers are only available for temps working in internal departments and need to be requested whilst the temp is working in an active assignment.
