• I have forgotten my password
    If you have forgotten your password, you need to request a password reset via the ‘Forgotten Password’ button. This will send you an email with a link to change your password.
  • I have forgotten my username
    Your username is normally your email address. If you have forgotten your username, please contact your local branch who will be able to advise you further.
  • My account is locked
    If you have entered your password wrong four or more times, this will lock your account. To unlock your account, you need to request a password reset via the ‘Forgotten Password’ button.
  • I have requested a password reset but have not received the email
    If you have requested a password reset but have not received the email, first make sure that you are checking the email address that you have registered with. If so, check your spam folder as the email may been sent there, please do not request multiple times.
  • I no longer have access to my registered email address and so can’t receive the password reset email
    If you no longer have access to the email address you have registered with and can’t log in to change it, please contact your local branch.
  • The password reset link just takes me to the homepage of the website, not to a page where I can change my password
    The password reset link is valid for one use only, and will expire after 24 hours or after it has already been clicked on. If this happens, request a new password reset. If you requested the email multiple times, please use the latest email.
  • I have logged into my account, but I am unable to see my assignment under ‘My Jobs’
    Please contact your local branch who will be able to advise you further.
  • I am unable to edit my saved timesheet
    Make sure you go to ‘Timesheets’ on the left hand menu once you have logged in. You will be able to see a list of your timesheets and will be able to click through to your saved timesheet to edit it.
  • I am unable to submit a timesheet from more than six weeks ago
    You are only able to submit a timesheet on the website from the past six weeks. If you need to enter one from before then, please contact your local branch who will be able to advise you further.
  • I want to opt in to receive Unitemps jobs emails
    Log into your account and go to ‘My Details’ on the left hand menu. In the form, where it says ‘Receive new job emails’ select ‘Yes’ from the dropdown and save the page.
  • I no longer want to receive Unitemps job emails
    Click the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of one of the Unitemps job emails. This will unsubscribe you from our mailing lists. Alternatively, you can log into your account and go to ‘My Details’ on the left hand menu. In the form, where it says ‘Receive new job emails’ select ‘No’ from the dropdown and save the page. This will take up to 24 hours to take effect.
