Once you’ve collected all 5 stamps hand in your card to the Unitemps Warwick office before 4pm on Friday 27th September to be entered into the prize draw.

Scavenger hunt details:

• 23rd September: Register to Unitemps
• 24th September: Find Unitemps at the Sports Fair
• 25th September: Solve the riddle on the Unitemps office screen
• 26th September: Attend the Oculus drop-in session
• 27th September: Tag @Unitemps in a photo of you against the Unitemps Instagram wall

The lucky winner of our prize draw will receive £150 worth of vouchers for Rootes Grocery Store. Additionally, we’ll select a winner for the best photo tagged on the Unitemps Instagram wall, who will take home a Fitbit!

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.2. The promoter of this prize draw is Warwick University Enterprises Limited, trading as Unitemps, University House, Kirby Corner Road, Coventry, West Midlands, CV4 8UW (“Unitemps” or “we” or “us”)

2. Eligibility

2.1. This prize draw is open to students at the University of Warwick and is not open to employees of Unitemps or the University of Warwick, their families, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.

2.2. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or late entries will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter

3.1. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

3.2. To enter, participants must complete all tasks on their bingo cards provided by Unitemps, collecting the appropriate stamps from the relevant locations.

3.3. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3.4. The closing date for entries is 4pm on Friday 27th of September 2024 and participants must hand in their completed bingo card at the reception desk at Unitemps located on the Ground Floor of the Student Union Building at the University of Warwick. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. Prize

4.1. The prize is a £150 gift voucher for Rootes Grocery Store, and no cash alternative is available.

4.2. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

4.3. Unitemps reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

5. Winner Selection

5.1. The winner will be chosen by random draw performed by the Unitemps Warwick Internal Team Leader, supervised by the Unitemps Director on 30/09/2024.

5.2. The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw date and must be able to attend the Unitemps office on the ground floor of the Students’ Union building to collect their prize. If a winner does not respond to Unitemps within three days of being notified, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Unitemps will be entitled to select another winner by the same process.

6. Data Protection

6.1. Unitemps will process your personal data in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.unitemps.com/legal-information//#privacy-policy

6.2. The name and email address provided on the bingo card will only be used to identify a winner of the prize draw and these cards will be confidentially shredded 2 weeks after the prize draw.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Insofar as permitted by law Unitemps will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from entrants participating in the prize draw or the winner’s acceptance or use of the prize.

8. General

8.1. Unitemps reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside Unitemps’ control.

8.2. The decision of Unitemps regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
