Time2Grow Internships are only open to graduates who reside in the South East Midlands area.

All Time2Grow Internships are 28 hours per week for 10 weeks. The rate of pay is £11 per hour with an additional £1.33 per hour holiday pay.
*Check My Body Health* are looking for a full-time *Social Media
Manager* to join our *team* based out of our office in *Northampton. *We are about to launch a number of new brands across 30 countries and 2021 will all be about growth and global domination.

We have ambitious plans to grow and we want you to help us get there!
You’re someone who sees the potential for social media to affect people and understands how it can help build a brand. You’ve got ideas about how people want to consume information and there will be videos, GIFs, blogs, quizzes, conversations and much more.
* Responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy
* Create awareness for our brand using innovative & strategic engagement methods
* Responsible for managing the social media budget

* *Setting the strategy:*

* Audit all platforms – always have clear analysis and ROI on our activities
* Set up the right type of tracking and integrations
* Develop a clear report on KPIs for each platform (monthly)
* Identify the purpose of each social media platform, what are our expectations and plans in getting the most out of our activities
* Identify, develop and build up the right # for us to be leveraging
* Develop ideas for campaigns and content that will grow our brand awareness
* Find influencers, trends and partnerships that help us get our message across
* *Managing all of our social media platforms*:
* Setting goals for each platform that align and contribute to our OKRs
* Discover interesting topics that can drive engagement
* Participate in conversations on topics that are important to the brand
* Share all our content on our platforms to generate engagement and referrals to our website
* Identify content requirements around campaigns/ events / key activity
* Keep the look and feel of our channels consistent
* Make sure your following what’s trending and positioning us within those conversations

* You’ve got a great eye for effective visual and written content
* Three to four years’ experience in a similar role
* You know about the best tools available to track all platforms
* You understand how social media works and how to leverage it
* Basic photo editing would be beneficial, but training can be provided
* Great writing and communications skills and an ability to distil a message for multiple audiences
* You enjoy challenges and get excited about how to solve them
* You’re interested in building rapport with people online
* You have the ability to leverage and understand data to support activities
* You’ve got curiosity, ideas and confidence
* You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* You have a strong sense of urgency, an ability to meet changing priorities and demanding timescales and have the resilience to skillfully handle the challenge and setbacks.
* You’re able to self-organise and prioritise your workload
* You’re comfortable working on multiple projects at once
* You’re a problem solver that’s happy thinking on your feet

* Degree in Marketing / Communications
* Minimum 3+ years’ experience managing social media communications
* Additional European language a plus (French & German preferably)
