Time2Grow Internships are only open to graduates who reside in the South East Midlands area.

All Time2Grow Internships are 28 hours per week for 10 weeks. The rate of pay is £11 per hour with an additional £1.33 per hour holiday pay.
Dyson Diecasting manufacture High Pressure Die-Cast components in Aluminium and Zinc. Dyson’s customers are in the automotive, high end audio, control systems, premium office furniture, defence, and motion capture sectors.

Its sister company Broadways Stampings, provide pressed metal components and assemblies to a range of customers predominantly to the automotive and construction sectors.

The intern role supports the engineering team in the following areas:

* Quality Control and Inspection Procedures (QCIP)
* Gauge Instructions
* Gauge Measurement System Analysis
* Gauge Records
* Packing Instructions
* Measles Charts
* Initial Sample Inspection Report * Process capability studies
* Bubble drawings
* Material reports
* Product Labels
* Operator Instructions
* 8D Problem solving
* Quality Control processes
