Time2Grow Internships are only open to graduates who reside in the South East Midlands area.

All Time2Grow Internships are 28 hours per week for 10 weeks. The rate of pay is £11 per hour with an additional £1.33 per hour holiday pay.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Support the Account Executives and Director’s with the day to day running of a busy press office.

• Manage daily PR samples and image requests.

• Assist with PR and Communication Strategies and monitor emerging social media trends.

• Keeping up-to-date with all aspects of fashion / popular culture as required.

• Updating press reports.

• Following up with journalists on press requests and calling press desks for information on upcoming shoots and news focuses.

• Act as first point of contact for PR enquiries (emailing images over to press as required).

• Monitor the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires and blogs for potential feature/product placement opportunities.

• Input into press release writing and trend reports as required.

• Input into social media planning and implementation.

• Assist on influencer outreach and digital marketing What support will I be given? A team of experienced PR professionals who will be guiding you each step of the way. A great hands on learning experience. What benefits can I expect to gain from the experience?

A working knowledge of the fashion and luxury PR world, speaking with press, how to create a report, pitching stories to press and having fun doing it all in the heart of London. There is a possibility of the internship to lead to a full time role for the right candidate and if the role opens up due to busy work loads. What skills or experience do I need?

• Must have English as your first language.

• A can do attitude!

• An outgoing personality with good organisational skills, experience in team work, proficient phone communications skills, proficient writing skills and a desire to learn.

• An open mind with a desire to learn.

Graduate Degree: Business Management / Exec MBA, Fashion, Journalism, Marketing/ PR/ Public Relations.

Ability to contribute individually and lead, manage, or participate in cross-functional teams, Excellent writing skills, Pays attention to detail
