Time2Grow Internships are only open to graduates who reside in the South East Midlands area.

All Time2Grow Internships are 28 hours per week for 10 weeks. The rate of pay is £11 per hour with an additional £1.33 per hour holiday pay.

Field Sales Executives, Business Development Managers and Account Managers; We have a new and unique opportunity for someone looking for an autonomous sales role, with excellent earning potential, covering the Luton and surrounding areas. We are a Merchant Payment Service Company who have a robust client base and, due to continued success, are now looking to grow the team.

You will be liaising with SMEs usually within the retail and hospitality sector on a daily basis and will be the face of the organisation, being responsible for your own territory and sales appointments.

This position comes with a great deal of autonomy and therefore requires a disciplined individual who is hungry for new business and driven by hitting and exceeding targets.

Full product training is provided and ongoing support is always on hand from the Business Managers.

My client believes in bringing on Sales Specialists who they can fully support and help them to achieve the uncapped bonus potential that is on offer.

As a Buisness Development Executive you will be targeted on new or retained clients brought on every month, this is a new business position, however when you win an account you will be expected to manage that going forward. You will be field based, reporting to the head office in Luton. You are not required to visit the office on a daily basis and you will be supplied with all the equipment needed to be able to work from home.

The company offer a Sales Admin team who are on hand to prepare quotes so you can continue to attend your sales appointments and win business! Your target market will be SMEs in the surrounding areas and you will be selling the companies merchant payment services.

The service my client offer is a premium service, therefore they want their field based sellers to come across as professional, approachable and knowledgeable sellers who genuinely have the client’s best interests at heart.

This role will involve being out and about, so a full UK driving licence and the ability to work autonomously are absolutely essential!
Graduate Degree:
Business Management / Exec MBA, Criminology, Education Practice, teaching or leadership, Event Management, Marketing/ PR/ Public Relations
