Our client, Imfuna, has invented a ground breaking App for the Property Market and is looking for Inventory Clerks to assist with the high demand they are receiving for their services.

Due to successful training sessions in May and August which has led to successful and consistent temp work, we are looking for more Inventory Clerks.

Using your mobile device, you will carry out Inventories, Check Ins, Mid-Term Inspections and Check-Outs throughout the tenancy on behalf of the Buyer. As a Clerk you will be responsible for inspecting and reporting the condition and contents of whole properties, recording the general condition of the property along with any damage found in the property, any missing or broken items.

Once fully trained, you will have access to an online portal where you can book yourself onto assignments Monday-Sunday.
- Qualified candidates will inspect properties on behalf of a Buyer.
- Inspections will be carried out using the App on current iOS or Android devices.
- You will be required review your data and make any final edits needed.
- You then tag the inspection as being ready for the Buyer.
- Keep up to date with new features available within the App and Platform.
- Computer literate
- Comfortable working with apps and web
- Willing to travel across the London area to carry out your duties in a timely manner
- Monitor incoming email notifications from the client / Unitemps / The Buyer
- Adhere to Data Protection requirements and work tools when using your mobile device or your computer
- Successfully complete the accredited Inventory Training Course
- Be responsible for the property when in possession of the Keys
- Inspect and prepare quality inspections
- Use property terminology throughout inspections
- Keep up to date with Health and Safety at Work duties
- Be aware of legislation in the UK that affects the Inventory Industry
- Be professionally presentable to the Industry.
Central London
The next training session will be held at City, University of London, on THURSDAY 26th OCTOBER from 4pm-7pm. The training session is accredited but unpaid and is for everyone who applies for the role. Following on from the training, you can decide if you want to continue with the job.

If you cannot make this one, there will be another training session in the new year.
